Lump on husbands neck... is he growing a second head??

Hi there Sporners,

Just being digging a blackhead from DH face and spotted this lump on the side of his neck. I suspect it's an enlarged lymph node, which hopefully will go down in a week or so (he tells me lump has been her about 3 weeks). How do I identify it? Could it be something in need of sporny attention??

Is that a tiny head on it? Could be an ingrown hair... awaits in anticipation

My OH has got one of those and GP said it's an enlarged lymph node but it's getting bigger ...

Not sure, I think the little head on the lump is a mole thing (he's very Mikey). Suspect lymph node ☹️
