Big spot / cyst in fanny / leg crevice

Just that really. I can't post a photo because it's right near my fanny.

It's very painful, feels enormous under the skin but has come to a small head.

I've had some explorative squeezes but the pain was ridiculous.

Any advice from ye sporners? Hot cloth? Needle? Exorcist?

We really need a photo - for medical reasons - can you take one and black out any rude bits?

A hot bath might just do it, it will probably pop in its own. A good excuse for a relaxing 20 Minutes. Paracetamol for the pain. Nothing else, no needle as the skin is very thin and it's n easy area to be infected.

I'm really sorry I know the rules about not sounding the klaxon without photos, but it's just too close to my fanny for a photo.

Hot cloth it is. I'm home alone with a 2 yr old today so not chance of a bath / chance to relax unfortunately.

I get these and they're never as satisfying as I hope, too painful to squeeze and then they just go down with hot compresses and hot bats

Baths. No attractive or otherwise bats or anyone near my fanjo
