I fear minor surgery may be required.

Any ideas?

Ooo. Whopper.

I'd heat a needle in the flame of the gas cooker and pop it (1970s childhood)

Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 11:06

I'm scared, what if I just end up burning myself??

OP posts:
iknowimcoming · 10/04/2017 11:08

I'd also use a (sterilised in boiling water) needle to break the skin, gently squeeze out the gunk and then have a fish about with the needle for the hair, then put some antiseptic/tea tree cream on it

iknowimcoming · 10/04/2017 11:08

Needle doesn't have to be hot when you use it just clean!

Howlandbreathe · 10/04/2017 11:10

Beauty....

Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 11:16

Ok, I'll see if I have a needle. Is mag sulph not called for?

OP posts:
Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 11:17

Plus I don't have a gas cooker it's just electric

OP posts:
Fl0ellafunbags · 10/04/2017 11:18

Or the flame of a match or lighter. The needle doesn't need to be hot, the heat sterilises it.

I think I was brought up by wolves!

Imnotaslimjim · 10/04/2017 11:22

What a beauty! I'd definitely be sterilising a needle, letting it cool and giving that a good poke! Squeezing that will be incredibly satisfying.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 11:24

Can someone not come round and do it for me??!! I fear this is going to hurt...

OP posts:
GoldenHoops · 10/04/2017 11:52

Where do you live, I have special tools from Amazon for these joyous situations😈😱

Fl0ellafunbags · 10/04/2017 11:54

I think we need links to those tools.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 12:00

South coast.... What tools?
It doesn't hurt but it's grown recently

OP posts:
SheWhoDaresGins2 · 10/04/2017 12:06

Give it a good squish from the bottom.

GoldenHoops · 10/04/2017 12:06

I'm on the south coast! Go to Amazon type in blackhead remover and go from there. Lots of lovely pokey tools for removing things from skin. A needle will do though, just dip it in a jug of boiling water for a minute. Or have a hot bath.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 12:10

I've been in the bath already and its not for shifting.
Ok, I'm going to look into Amazon

OP posts:
Howlandbreathe · 10/04/2017 12:52

No no no... Amazon is great for any future things you want to poke at... but this one you are currently nursing needs something doing to it right now.

Go find a pin, put the kettle on for boiling water and fetch a tissue and off you go !

HappenstanceMarmite · 10/04/2017 12:56

Do you know for certain that it's a hair though? Just looks like an unready spot to me?

Doublevodkaredbull · 10/04/2017 13:02

That's going to feel so good.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 10/04/2017 13:13

It's been there ages, definitely a hair.
Ok I'll report back

countrygirl55 · 10/04/2017 13:18

MollyHopps · 10/04/2017 13:28

I bet its like 2 inches long!!!

wizzywig · 10/04/2017 13:30

Tools?! Niiiice. Hot bath, squeeze then have a dig around

SheWhoDaresGins2 · 10/04/2017 13:37

Have a couple of stiff drinks to steady the nerves first.
