Jeepers, where does it all come from?

I'm not going to tell you how many times I rewound that. The lip ones were lovely!

Okay, I stumbled on this completely by accident, obviously, but as I sit here wondering what I just saw (and why it was so strangely compelling), I have three questions:

1. What on earth does that guy's diet consist of for him to have so much puss lurking just beneath the surface of his skin?

2. Won't squeezing the skin like that cause scarring and permanent damage?

3. What on earth is that woman seeking to achieve? Did she pay the dude to be squeezed to satisfy her twisted desires, or is this some service she's providing to him?? I'm honestly not sure..
