Weird lumps appearing on DP?!

My DP gets these lumps rise up occasionally all in different places but usually around the torso some place. He has no idea what they're from, I never get them, they're gone within a day so he never bothers to go to the dr.

He's worried though and wants to know what they are! Any wisdom?

Could be allergy. My ds used to get something similar

It looks like hives, so an allergic reaction to something.

I'm sure I've seen another thread like this about 6-12 months ago?!

Best guess is urticaria but I'd be going to the GP. Has he tried antihistamine??

Hives/urticaria. Stress or allergy related.

Thanks everyone. I did think it looked a bit like an allergy I've had before but I'm pretty clueless about stuff like this.
Next time it happens will try antihistamine, he hasn't been to the GP, I told him that'd be the best bet but he says it's pointless as by the time he gets an appointment the marks have gone down again.
Now just to figure out what's setting it off!?

Chinese takeaway?
Stress?

Wine, strawberries?

Chinese takeaway caused allergic lumpiness in my DS. Do you get any takeaways? And if so, watch for a reaction the next day! In fact, get one tonight to test out the theory Wink

Could be stress I suppose, he works long hours and has been complaining of being extra tired recently.

He hates wine, don't think he's eaten any strawberries, but Chinese could be the one Grin we haven't had one recently actually but if we do order takeaway it's always Chinese, will suggest it when he gets home and see!
