Small hard red lump next to my knee (that dry skin is my knee, that's a whole other story). Is it a wart? Trapped/ingrown hair from shaving? It has no head and nothing happens if I squeeze it

Molloscum? Does it have a kind of centre that's white?

Hmmm having googled molloscum I don't think it's that.

Have attached a side view. Is it a cyst?
