Proud of huge boil explosion

Stood in the shower half an hour ago, had a wash (obviously!) and thought I had found a new, hard varicose vein at the top of my leg. (I haven't got any varicose veins yet so was rather disappointed by this).

It was where my pant elastic sometimes rubs. So no photo.

Further investigation and much craning of neck revealed it was a MASSIVE BOIL, very hard with a swelling of 5cm radiating out from it.

Stood by my bed marvelling and giving it a prod and it exploded. The blood spatters that shot a metre across the room and in an arc across the quilt cover are a thing of beauty.

There's just something so damn satisfying about it, isn't there? Totally gross but totally satisfying...

Photo or it didn't happen. Blood splatter will do.

I had one on my shoulder once, within squeezable reach (just about). The pop was actually audible and it hit the rear window of the car (I was sitting in the passenger seat)
