Wonky camera work but by golly this is a huge spot and pretty spectacular when squeezed.

OMG you can see it under his back! I think I would have used a hot bottle for that one.

Yes, the soundtrack was fascinating - poor 'Alfie' apparently crying at the sight of the pus.
