I had one like that, it was wondrous. It was like an angry red plum, and eventually a small white head appeared, so I stuck a needle in. The immediate reaction was disappointing, but the next day when I investigated I barely had to put any pressure on it when a stream of quite liquid pus came out. It continued like that for three days, with another head joining it. Two or three times when I squeezed it spattered and hit the mirror or the bathroom taps. I had to keep squeezing, otherwise it would open of its own accord and seep.
Then came the day I was out and couldn't squeeze it, plus it was quite hot and I was quite active. When I eventually attended to it, two or three bigger, thicker blobs sort of flew out a short distance as well as the usual rivulet. The following evening, I had another go, and a big, thick blob of chalky stuff shot out and landed on my boob. I came back to two or three times, with yet more blobs shooting out each time. I thought it must surely have finished, but the next day a couple more blobs flicked out. The day after that, there were a couple of sessions when, yet again, big chalky blobs flew out, and on one occasion a big winding snake of gunk. The following day, another batch flicked out, and then it seemed to be finally done.
It was just the gift that went on giving, I'm just worried that it was so glorious that it's going to spoil me for "normal" spots that are just one quick squeeze and then it's over and done with.
