KLAXON very angry stye

My parents have been staying with me the past few days and whilst here my DF has grown the most epic stye.
We've been heat treating it which is making it grow but still no head. We're both big sporners and it is taking every ounce of self restraint not to stick a pin in it. Is there anything else that can be done to help release it in all its glory?

Not sure (other than gold ring and cats tail?!?) but don't let him leave before it blows!!!

It doesn't look like a stye to me. They usually have a little white head, at the inner rim of the lid, which if you press towards, it bursts.

I've never had a stye that looked like that. Perhaps a visit to GP?

If there is an eyelash in the stye, pulling it out can sometimes release it.

But it looks un stye like

Boil water, add salt, allow to cool , bathe. The other one is cold tea ,no milk or sugar. I had a huge stye once as a child and was sorted out by this regime, one in am one in pm. Came to a good head and blew like a geyser.

My dad swears by a cold, used, teabag. Might be worth a try.
