Mag sulph the b***tard

I have a big blind boil in my groin for 8 days now. Had a squeeze early on and produced a very small amount of pus. It's rock hard and nothing coming out of it. I've tried hot compresses and I've mag sulphed the bastard with so gusto, but still nothing. It's not too sore, but I want rid. Fellow sporners what am I doing wrong???

Nothing, sometimes they just take a while. When it goes a bit softer it's ready. While they're rock hard there's no point wasting your time. It'll be worth it.
