I don't think you can just squeeze sebaceous cysts. I had to have mine cut out surgically (minor op by GP, local anaesthetic) and the goo was all enclosed in a little sac.

Do pinch punch first of the month on sept 1st right on that spot.

My DH had a beauty like this and I had to get it when he was on the bog, so worth it.

Helen there was a blackhead in the centre that just protruded one day and I barely had to touch it, a beautiful large grain of rice followed by rancid cheese which continues to refill. That first sqeeze happened on christmas day 2 years ago and it is the christmas gift that keeps on giving.

It's on his back. He's v v squeamish which is why he won't let me at it.
He did once let me at a massive blackhead... 1995 I thi k that was.!

@iMatter if it really bothers you, you could easily get it done privately, but it will cost obviously.
