Wart? Skin tag?

DS has this on his side and I don't know what it is. Any ideas? It's round, fairly hard and he won't let me anywhere near it.

Cyst?

Think it'll be a doc visit as he won't let me near it. Just looked up molluscum - might be that???

Soooo. After he had a bath, I gently pressed on either side and popped it! A little round sphere/cyst type thing came out perfectly with a hard white plug sticking out of it ( no photos as he wasn't at all happy). Then it just bled.
I'm pretty sure it was a molluscum and the sphere didn't touch anything else, so hopefully it won't spread. Anyone else ever done this?

My daughter has molluscum (diagnosis confirmed by GP) and her lumps are liquid, not hard.

Sounds like molluscum and that core is the infectious part. Fingers crossed that it won't spread
