Keloids don't hurt, at least mine never have.

Pop it with a sterilised needle before you squeeze. Then get in there with a clean Kirkby grip, or even better a comedone extractor (Dr Pimple Popper fan)!

Cotton buds are good for squeezing too.

I've given it a squeeze.

Stuff is coming out. It has a smell. I actually feel quite queasy.

Just keep cleaning it with salt water (cornish sea salt was my choice). It will go down by itself. Mine did.

Did you have it done let? I had mine done in April and was bloody surprised at how much it bastarding hurt after still bitter!.

I have one of those lumps but i'm not bloody squeezing it!!
