I think I have a hair splinter stuck in my foot - HELP me sporners!

My big toes middle joint is sore, it looks like there is something grey is fairly deep under the skin

How do I get it out? I'm soaking my foot in water and then going to see if I can get it nearer the surface but I don't think that'll work.

What do I do?

OMG. Mag sulph paste. Thickly and put a dressing on it

Hydrocolloid dressing - a 'blister plaster' will draw it out. You can get small ones in the mixed packs from Tesco or Morrison own brand packets.
