Ohhhh my new bf has a small cyst on his lower back the kind that's a gift that just keep a on giving. So yesterday he aaked of I wouldn't mind dealing with it for him. I think I managed to supress my enthusiasm to an appropriate don't scar him off level but woooooo hooooooooo he's just perfect isn't he?!

Ooo DH once had a massive one at the top of his arse crack. It's a Thing. I think it's called a pilodial cyst or somesuch. It's a particular follical. So times they go mad and have to be packed and all sorts.
