My head is killing me!!!

I have 3 of these massive things appear on my head overnight.... how can I get rid of them... when I squeezable absolutely nothing happens!!

Have you tried poking holes in with a sharp needle and let it drain?

Are the antibiotics helping?

Still lumpy but better.. less sore even though I think there is still more to come out of that one lump!
