I have a infected thumb - got antibotics yesterday, doesn't feel as sore but obviously still infected - what do I do with it?! Leave it or poke it so the puss comes out?! 
(sick - not envy!) forgot fo ask the doctor yesterday although he was impressed I hadn't touched it!
