Can you recommend a simple bathing/skincare routine, to help keep babies' skin as healthy as possible?

When I did baby massage with my daughter, we were advised not to use Johnson's baby oil because it's a mineral oil. Do you make a baby oil suitable for baby massage?

321zerobaby · 14/01/2017 16:02

Is your baby talc carcinogenic?

marshgirl · 14/01/2017 19:19

Should you use products with every wash or only a set amount of times per week ?

Lasplin84 · 14/01/2017 20:26

My baby has really dry hands , what soap should I use to wash them? I don't want to use something that aggreviates it further.

OhHolyFuck · 14/01/2017 21:49

How long could you use the baby shampoo for - I love the smell but think my DS (nearly 6) might need something a bit more 'powerful' by now maybe?

Whattocallbabyboy · 14/01/2017 23:47

What's the best oil for massage?

JBH316 · 15/01/2017 14:00

I have heard that you shouldn't bath babies every day - is this true and, if so, how does this damage their skin?

bugzie92 · 15/01/2017 14:00

What age do you suggest a child could safely move on to using the same products as their parents?

coocoocachew · 15/01/2017 15:30

After three failed rounds of ivf we were told we'd never have our own biological children. I was determined to find a way to be more fertile and improve my eggs, so I followed a strict detox diet which included using only natural products in my skin care, hair care, make up, cleaning products- basically anything that could touch your skin and get into your system. No SLS's Phalates, perfume etc

It worked! And I now have a little seven month old boy Grin Although I'll never really know why suddenly my eggs were better (the toxins may have nothing to do with it...)

I do use Johnsons products on him (I especially love the bedtime products to aid a restful sleep), but I would love to know what your views are on the chemicals that we are made to feel increasingly cautious of?

meggysar · 15/01/2017 16:43

Why do you think so many children seem to be sensitive or have eczema these days? When I was a child I only ever remember one girl at school

Sarah250187 · 15/01/2017 21:40

Iggychorlton · 15/01/2017 23:01
