I'm also interested to learn more about how safe it is to use talcum powder - I've always been told not to use it on my LO & I haven't - but I note that Johnson's still produce & sell this. Is it safe?

ellash · 04/01/2017 23:09

My poorly baby is starting to teethe and it's given him awful nappy rash & he winces when I touch his bum. What's the best/ wash for him so I can clean him but not hurt him and protect his skin? Sad

thekiwibex · 05/01/2017 00:28

What should I do about the tiny dry/flaking patches of skin on my baby's scalp? I don't think it's cradle cap.

foxymama1983 · 05/01/2017 08:54

Are your products tested on animals. As I would like to try them with my toddler.

foxymama1983 · 05/01/2017 09:01

I would like to try these products on my children. Are these products tested on animals?

duggerlugs · 05/01/2017 12:13

Can you tell me what the science is behind no more tears..my little one still hates shampoo going in andncries so I always wonder what it supposed to represent?

Amaksy · 05/01/2017 20:01

Why do you make products on both spectrums - the baby oil that's of no use to baby skin but then corrected by the great Aveeno?

Haggard1 · 05/01/2017 20:55

Your products use words like soft, gentle and kind to skin - yet many people have found them an irritant to infant and adult skin (there are plenty of threads on MN). Have you thought about a more rigorous approach to your ingredients than just using country specific regulations?

ImpetuousBride · 05/01/2017 21:15

Many websites promote moisturisers, such as baby oils and baby lotions as must-haves. However, a chemist friend assured me that such products are entirely unnecessary, unless the baby has a very dry skin. Can you please explain how they can benefit a baby with a normal skin? Many thanks!

del2929 · 05/01/2017 21:45

are johnsons; safe to use?

cathisherwood · 06/01/2017 09:02

My toddler grandchildren hardly ever get their hair washed as any shampoos tend to irritate their scalps. This does not seem to be a problem and I think maybe we bath little ones too often and this might be causing more skin problems than are helped even with your specially formulated mild products - doesn't the fact that you describe them as mild suggest products might affect babies skin?

CopperPan · 06/01/2017 10:09

My dd is a toddler now but continues to have issues with cradle cap. We have tried a range of shampoos but it always seems to return. Are there any other techniques or products which might help?

LauraAndBaby · 06/01/2017 11:52

I love using the baby bath time products, will you ever bring out a baby bath time conditioner or tangle teasing spray?

LittleMoonbuggy · 06/01/2017 12:01

How often is it best to bathe newborns and older babies?

VelvetThunder · 06/01/2017 15:48

I have also heard so just about the chemicals used in johnsons products and so have now switched to a different brand.
What do you think makes your products superior to other lines marketed at babies and toddlers? Do you really think that they are safe and have only have the best ingredients?

StickChildNumberTwo · 06/01/2017 16:10

Any suggestions for what to use when a child has mild excema?

Firewall · 06/01/2017 16:17

How often should I be bathing my baby as I have always done daily baths since newborn?

oceanjanie · 06/01/2017 16:18

I use moisturiser on my little one after a bath, but I also have talc and have used this a few times. Which is better? Or should I use talc first and then moisturiser? (Sounds messy to me - talc would become goo??)

21Catherine21 · 06/01/2017 17:13

Hi :)
Has the formula of the baby lotion changed much over the years and am I right in thinking that its safe for all ages to use?

TheWildRumpyPumpus · 06/01/2017 18:39

My whole family suffers from eczema - are Johnsons' products suitable for use?

KitKat1985 · 06/01/2017 19:13

What is the best shampoo to use to get rid of cradle cap?

WendlaBergmann · 06/01/2017 19:33

We use your baby shampoo - well, my husband and toddler do - without irritation, despite my toddler's dry skin. He doesn't get on with baby oil or lotion though and has dreadfully dry skin - is there anything very gentle but more suited to dry skin that you would recommend?

Zephyroux1 · 06/01/2017 20:22

What is the best way to clear a sore in the crease of a babies neck and how can I keep this area clean and dry.

minifingerz · 06/01/2017 21:55

What is the dosage in millilitres of your newborn bath products?

Can you say what the dosage was in the clinical trials you have done on these products?

minifingerz · 06/01/2017 21:59

Is it possible to use a product like your talc, which consists of hundreds of thousands of tiny, light particles, and for none of it to end up in our babies' lungs?
