Sue Gatenby from Tropicana is here to answer any questions you may have about enjoying fruit juice and its nutritional benefits, for both you and your children. Sue has 25 years of industry experience and is here to share her top tips and advice.

The team at Tropicana say, "We've just launched a new campaign to talk about the health benefits a small glass of juice can bring. There’s been lots of confusion about juice, and we’re here to help clear the air and explain how 100% pure fruit juice can play an important role in a healthy and balanced diet."

Maybe you have a question about the nutritional benefits of juice, getting your 5 a day, how much you should drink, or anything else to do with juice? If so, ask away!.

Here's a little bit more about Sue:

lizd31 · 16/03/2016 08:32

Mine's not a question it's a bit of advice which I was given by my friend who used to be a nurse working with chemo patients who used to get terribly sore mouths. They used to bathe them with pure pineapple juice (not from concentrate). I've always suffered from terrible sore throats & mouth ulcers since I was a baby & nothing worked for me until last year when I tried the pineapple juice, I gargle & drink a glass a day & since doing that I haven't had one single ulcer & only had one sore throat & I used to get them every week so it obviously does the trick & tastes great too

My husband's front teeth darkened after drinking lots of fuit juice. Is it safe for children and is there a way around it?

libra101 · 16/03/2016 08:45

We love making smoothies and experiment with all sorts and combinations of fruit. However, our juicer takes out all the pulp, leaving only the pure fruit flesh remaining.

Are we removing too many of the nutritional benefits by using this method of juicing? Would the drinks be more nutritious, and contain more vitamins if we were to keep more of the whole fruit in?

Mozarmstrong · 16/03/2016 08:51

We know about our five a day which juice is best to include the needed nutrients and be safe about our teeth and health.
