I'm SO confused about whether to drink fruit juices or not, I hear such conflicting 'advice' on whether they're good for us or not.
I'm sure everyone on here would be very grateful for some basic facts to clear up the mixed messages.

Does fruit juice actually count as one of your five a day? If so, how much is a portion and what should we drink.

Are the sugars in fruit juices naturally occurring, and if so, are these less of a concern than added and artificial sweeteners?

What about fruit juices and children?

Sorry for the log waffle but I just don't know where to stand on the fruit juice front! Thanks so much in advance

Is it bad for kids teeth to have more than one glass a day?

wavingnow · 20/03/2016 17:11

If I take my one glass of fruit juice and freeze it to make an ice lolly, is it still equivalent to one of my five a day or does it mean it has now lost some if its nutritional value through this process?
