  • Post a link to your favourite John Lewis item on the thread below for your chance to win
  • One lucky MNer will win a £200 John Lewis voucher
Here’s what John Lewis has to say: “Known for much more than just those tear-jerking Christmas adverts, John Lewis is a department store that will accommodate all your needs. From home, garden, electricals, beauty, and fashion it's the perfect place to find a special gift for someone, or for yourself.”

This Totter & Tumble playmat! I'd absolutely love one for my little one, but they're just hard to justify at the moment.

Could anything be more seasonal than a delicious silky hot chocolate? I would love a velvetiser 🤶🎅

I always make do with scraggy mismatched old joggers and T-shirts for bed but I'd love some beautiful pyjamas like these www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-pandora-pyjama-set-navy-multi/p109376682

Two pregnancies in three years means my nicer winter coats don’t fasten anymore, which isn’t very helpful in this weather. As my
second maternity leave is being spent in a cost of living crisis and my first was in Covid, I would a bit more of a frivolous coat like this one from Hobbs!

I've had a shocker of a year (in fact three years...) and not much chance to relax or do anything for myself <self pitying chin wobble>

So I'd love this Neom gift set to take a night to myself, a lovely bath, slather myself in the creams, fog the whole room with sleep mist and hopefully wake up to a better New Year!

I found this at John Lewis & Partners. What do you think? https://www.johnlewis.com/neom-organics-london-the-greatest-sleep-bodycare-gift-set/p109254922?tmad=c&tmcampid=7&sshare=jlappioss_Y29tLmFwcGxlLlVJS2l0LmFjdGl2aXR5LkNvcHlUb1Bhc3RlYm9hcmQ=

This is just gorgeous and comes in my size, just not my budget, www.johnlewis.com/reiss-dana-reversible-longline-shearling-coat-dark-aubergine/p109504998

Wow, that is one lush coat!

Meeb · 22/11/2022 18:19

I always think it's great to receive a slightly better version of something - that you love to use, but wouldn't spend so much on for yourself everyday, e.g.

I might treat myself to this mug. It's the same size/ weight as my fave 'breakfast meeting' mug which has had a few near miss smash moments 🥹.

I frequently fantasise about having an entire sofa to myself; no longer being wedged against a sprawled husband or multiple children in various contortions and configurations. John Lewis, you have helped me furnish my fantasy with this wonderful chaise in the most beautiful turquoise-blue colour:

I envisage reclining in tranquility, with a 📖 and a nice ☕️. Definitely what I would choose (on a purely indulgent level).

I've always dreamt of having a kitchen aid and whipping up some delicious cakes!

My current set of saucepans are useless. They take an age to heat up and are tapered so are deceptively small in capacity. It annoys me every time I use them.

So I'd love a new set:

I have a long wishlist at John Lewis but I’d pick out this drinks cabinet for my front room. Had my eye on it for ages and it’s gorgeous.

I would love a Fitbit Versa. I've got an ancient very basic one (Fitbit charge 2?) which has done well but I would love one that offers a bit more and actually links with my phone, with text and call notifications etc

Fitbit Versa

My daughter loves stories and reading and I've wanted to her one of these for a while as she'd love it

A treat for my self from the John Lewis jewellery section.

For hot food on cold days, I’d love to be gifted this beautiful casserole dish.

I'd love an iPad Pro (is it cheeky to say with an Apple Pencil..?) because I'd use it for drawing, scrolling Pinterest, keeping a journal... I'd also (grudgingly) share it with DS, who'd be told to use it for homework but would play games and watch countless unboxing videos.
Currently own the oldest iPad mini, which might as well be an oversized calculator for what little it can handle these days 😆
