£10 for myself and daughter to go to Cape Verde for a week, not bad! Now I just need to pay for the rest of the holiday 😆

andreaca · 10/09/2018 21:28

My dream holiday is just me and my hubby going away, the kids are 16 (tomorrow) and 21. My son just does`nt want to go and moans non stop when we go, my daughter has a job and likes to go with her mates anyway, so me and my hubby are just starting to go on trips on our own, its heaven, we just get up and go, but the next step would be abroad, for more than a few days together, It would be bliss.

ladygoingGaga · 10/09/2018 21:46

Won’t give me a quote either, straight forward and common condition but wouldn’t allow me to explain.

Feel like we failed. Sad

Trip would be to take 5 of us in an RV round Yellowstone, oh well

Tried to get a quote for a dream family trip to Japan. However ....
We are unable to provide any cover if you or anyone on your policy have been placed on a waiting list for treatment or investigation.

That was DH. They found nothing. Fortunately we're not thinking of going for a year and by then it will have been more than 2 years ago, so I won't have to declare it.

My dream holiday would be just me on a desert island for a week with no husband or kids. Unfortunately that is unlikely to happen so instead I I would love to take the kids on an action holiday somewhere like the Alps in summer so that we could do lot's of activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, hiking etc.

Beach, sun with family, lovely.

badgermum · 11/09/2018 14:02

My dream trip to the Bahamas in January for two weeks for myself, my husband and my son would cost £94.38 to cover for a single trip or only an extra £8.78 to upgrade to annual multi trip cover.

To be sat on this sunbed would be wonderful

I got £33.80 on Platinum cover for a single trip. Our dream trip would be an active holiday to the Austrian Alps, snowboarding, sledging and visiting the glaciers.

We're doing this trip this December and can't wait. It's the perfect holiday with teens!

Pretenna · 11/09/2018 22:51

No quote for me either for a week in Japan as pre existing medical condition. And this is why I've never been abroad!

MrRichTea · 12/09/2018 12:49

To be in the monkey forest of Ubud, Bali. It looks like a magical place and monkeys are my favourite animal because they're so cheeky and intelligent!

otter099008 · 12/09/2018 19:00

For me it would be 2 weeks in an adults only Six Senses resort in the Maldives. The insurance quote came to £45.94, which I thought was pretty reasonable!

jandoc · 12/09/2018 19:32

relaxing in the Bahamas

Dormouse1940 · 12/09/2018 20:02

Went to Iceland before DS was born and I've been longing to go back ever since. Such a wonderful, magical place.

£30.19 for a single trip, for a family of 3. Doesn't seem too bad....

beckyinman · 12/09/2018 20:22

Warm breeze. Cool drink. Hot considerate lover. Sweet Dreams

tabbaz123 · 13/09/2018 08:13

WOW - I am impressed £39.90 for a single trip BUT I think I would upgrade to an annual multi cover for a total of only £86.88

TwoGinScentedTears · 13/09/2018 08:16

My dream holiday would be to have an amazing self catering place in a resort with spa facilities for me and DH, unlimited water sports and kids clubs for the kids and a lovely port and town nearby full of atmosphere.
