We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

Take this quiz to find out what type of sleeper you are. Are you the duvet hogger? The lady of leisure? The insomniac? Or the sleep-like-a-logger? Whatever you are, take our quiz, and post your results on this thread, and you will be entered into the prize draw for a £300 voucher of your choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

The insomniac. Sounds about right! I love to sleep just don't get the right quality and its hard to drop off even when I do have the time.

Mabelface · 29/03/2018 10:20

Lady of leisure here, or I would be if I didn't have to work.

Amber0685 · 29/03/2018 10:58

Sleep like a logger

TellMeItsNotTrue · 29/03/2018 11:04

Highhorse1981 · 29/03/2018 12:21

The insomniac

cannotmakemymindup · 29/03/2018 13:22

Sleep like a logger. No surprises there. I could sleep for a thousand years!

Emmax12 · 29/03/2018 13:58

The insomniac - definitely not though!

RandomUsers · 29/03/2018 14:40

FridayVibesMummy · 29/03/2018 16:19

The Insomniac! So true it's like a party in my head when I go to bed that finishes at 4am when you need to be up for 6am Grin

CoffeeOrSleep · 29/03/2018 16:29

Lady of leisure - chance would be nice...

holyshitdude · 29/03/2018 17:20

Lady of leisure... yeah right, only in my dreams 😴

lalalado · 29/03/2018 17:56

Lady of leisure, sounds about right I live my sleep and I'm all about comfort.

Mesoavocado · 29/03/2018 17:56

The lady of leisure

Aye right I wish

Greenapplejam · 29/03/2018 17:58

Haha lady of leisure. I wish!

TalkFastThinkSlow · 29/03/2018 18:02

I got the lady of leisure.

I wish!

dannydog1 · 29/03/2018 18:04

Insomniac. Completely wrong!

Grasshopper123 · 29/03/2018 18:23

Duvet hoggerHmm perhaps would be true if I ever managed to get a decent sleep and wasn't awake all night every night (insomnia!).

BackIntoTheSun · 29/03/2018 18:32

Insomniac, which is sometimes true but it doesn't mean I'm ok with little sleep. If my brain lets me I'll sleep for 12hrs please

Enigma222 · 29/03/2018 18:59

Sleep like a logger .... not always!

FurryTurnipHead · 29/03/2018 19:01

An insomniac apparently. Not sure what that's based on, but definitely not accurate. After 6 years of getting up at 5am, I can fall asleep in seconds!

ShiverMeWhiskers · 29/03/2018 19:37

I got insomniac...I would love more sleep, it’s a bit of a family joke that I can fall asleep anywhere. I don’t usually get to bed early enough, but as soon as I am in bed, I am gone. DH says I can be woken by a fly farting on the other side of the house so I might be a bit of a light sleeper...

onemorecakeplease · 29/03/2018 19:52

This is so me!

You zonk out as soon as your head hits the pillow (and in front of the television, at the cinema, on the train…) Your days of true sleep indulgence may be long gone (thanks, kids), but you still appreciate every last moment of shut eye you can get.

onemorecakeplease · 29/03/2018 19:53

Whoops I didn’t say which type..

Sleep like a logger

Cotswoldmama · 29/03/2018 19:59

Apparently I’m a duvet hogger! We’ve usually got our 5 year old in with us and sometimes our two year old too! So usually I have no duvet! We do have a super king size bed though so at least there’s enough room!
