We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

The insomniac, apparently. I do struggle to get back to sleep after DTD wake me up in the night (it's actually just one of them; the other one is an angel at night and sleeps right through). I'm also exhausted permanently, so maybe this description fits!

A week ago I'd have disagreed, but having just spent five sleepless nights in an over soft bed in an over heated hotel room I realise that in my own lovely bed I do sleep brilliantly.

I got 'insomniac' as I really love my sleep and usually in bed for 9pm and generally sleep well so rather confused about how that turned out.

Lady of leisure - I wish! Very true about comfort though, I love a nice soft pair of pyjamas, plump pillows and a big, puffy quilt

I can sleep anywhere and can drop off almost instantly but I wake at the smallest noise from the children.

Apparently I'm an out and proud Duvet Hog and DH would definitely agree with that!
