We all know how important sleep is and how precious and virtually impossible a good night’s sleep is once you have children. We also have our own styles of sleep that we prefer, some of us are early risers and can be fully functioning after just a few hours sleep, whereas others would sleep for 12 hours a day if it was possible. Dreams would like you to take our quiz and share what type of sleeper you are below.

Usually but due to a toddler that doesn't like sleep I don't sleep much at all 😂

Duvet hogger apparently which is an out and out lie.
The answer choices weren't overly accurate - no option for co-sleepers or having my sleep pattern ruined by years of interrupted sleep.

Apparently I'm a lady of leisure - in actual fact I'm an insomniac and desperate to get just one good night's sleep at a time.

Sadly the questions didn't seem to cater for us older menopausal mums who are having a constant battle with hot flushes and night time wakings.

I’m an insomniac which is true - I sleep terribly and often wake - never any chance of a lie in as children have sports at weekends meaning I get up at 6 on Saturday and 7 on Sunday- I’m permanently exhausted if I’m honest.

I got Lady of Leisure and I have to say is that is would be 100% true if I didn't have two young children I love my bed and the pillows .
