What a load of codswallop. Apparently I'm Mr Poppy (never heard of him), some sort of Christmasaholic Goody Twoshoes, whereas I am, in fact, an almost-Grinch who just goes along with it because it's unkind to destroy other people's pleasure.

Not surprising

Mr Poppy, I've not seen nativity as up until this year I have been the Grinch! I love buying presents and spoiling those I love but Christmas has always made me cringe. Well this year we have our lo who will be a month old next week so it feels really special this year! I'd use the voucher to treat my oh as I've been diagnosed with pnd and his support has been amazing, couldn't do it without him! It'd take so much stress off money wise too! Good luck to everyone!

@Gazelda - No, I'm Mary Hatch. Which is about right. My Christmas house is run with the aid of a multitude of spreadsheets, systems and organised festive cheer. And a lot of mulled wine/eggnog.

Funny, barring the eggnog, I thought that was my house! I've just updated my Chrimbo spreadsheet, and am impatient to turn all the cells dark green. Yellow for to buy, pink for ordered, pale green for despatched, dark green for delivered. Anally-retentive, moi?

Oh, and yes, I got Mary Hatch too, of course... although technically, she should be Mary Bailey.
