The Christmas period is a great opportunity to spread joy - whether through kind actions, the giving and receiving of gifts, or just spending quality time with loved ones. In light of #Cadvent this year, Cadbury would like to hear about what you’d wish for this Christmas.

Here’s what Cadbury have to say about Cadvent: “This year, Cadbury will be spreading extra Christmas magic throughout the whole festive season by making Cadvent wishes come true in the lead up to the big day. Wishes will be granted up and down the country as Cadbury countdown to Christmas with the best advent calendar yet. Is it snow that you wish for this year, or is it the ultimate Christmas tree? Or perhaps delicious Cadbury chocolate for all your family and friends! Take a peek through the calendar doors to see the wishes granted so far.

So, whether you’d wish for a shiny new piece of technology, you have a creative idea to give back to your community or loved ones, or you’d just like to have all of your family together, share this below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

I just want a nice big greenhouse ready in time for spring!

freefan · 03/12/2017 21:53

I just hope that this Christmas is special and full of happy moments that will be remembered for years to come. I love having the family round and us all just being together

mattsonthebeach · 03/12/2017 21:53

I wish we had more time off at Christmas to spend quality time with each other

chibsortig · 03/12/2017 21:59

A new car, not a brand new one but a working one as ours has just died and my OH needs it for work so is relying on others until we can afford to replace it.
If thats too big an ask then make all the children whos parents are struggling due to universal credit have a happy christmas with no money worries over the festive period.

emmav6 · 03/12/2017 22:03

a bigger fridge freezer to fit all that yummy xmas food in for my growing family x

LeeR1985 · 03/12/2017 22:24

I'd love a new phone as my current one is having a meltdown

mummykate87 · 03/12/2017 22:27

To simply have a healthy family. :)

I just wish the world wasn't so crazy as it seems to be right now - so many things get me down that I think I just want to retreat into my family and just enjoy spending some wonderful moments together over the holidays, playing games, eating nice food, relaxing, and keeping the outside world at bay!

cathwarbur · 03/12/2017 22:36

I hope all wars cease from Christmas onwardes, failing that I wish I could pay off my loans so I can have peace of mind

JoGodfray · 03/12/2017 22:38

I love that supermarkets have bought a box/crate which they keep by the exit and you buy something and pop it in on your way out. It has educated my Children so much when I have had to explain why it is there and they remind me every time they come with me too buy something extra.

MissTeri · 03/12/2017 22:53

There is so much I wish for that sadly isn't achievable so I'd settle for a nice perfume and some new make up!

Gill81uk · 03/12/2017 23:02

My wish would be for a fantastic family day out. Something like Winter Wonderland at Event City, Manchester, where we could have some real quality family time enjoying each other's company.

Cantwait4summer · 03/12/2017 23:21

As I'm deaf i wish for a nice family xmas dinner to be able to understand whats everyone saying without interupting them to repeat what they just said !

pinkjjf27 · 04/12/2017 01:12

I am not really sure of the questions it a personal wish or a wider wish ? For a personal wish there are so many things my family needs but if its a wider wish Then I wish cancer could be eradicated and everyone who has lost a love one from it wont feel the pain of loss the Christmas

badgermum · 04/12/2017 07:21

My wish is for a traditional Christmas just like they used to be when I was a child, with snow starting to fall on Christmas eve and a magical Christmas morning with stocking stuffed full of goodies, Then a table surrounded by family for a fabulous Christmas dinner followed by an afternoon of games and fun rather than everyone having their heads stuck in an electronic device of some sort

ColinsVeryJolly · 04/12/2017 08:18

I wish to go back in time to Christmas Day 2009.

At my mum and dads with both of them still alive, my boys happily playing with their toys and us all laughing at the Royle family. My dad wasn't one for sitting down for long but he fully relaxed that year and laughed with us. That day was perfect.

He died 1 week later.

Dormouse1940 · 04/12/2017 09:20

I'd love for my son to see proper snow for the first time!

And if I could have a selfish wish.... I'd love some time to myself! Just a few hours where I could be totally alone, drink tea, have a long bath and just sit without having to be on constant 'mum-duty'.

Here's hoping we all have a nice Christmas, filled with the things that matter most: love and family x

Sammyislost · 04/12/2017 09:38

A robot vacuum to clean up all the pine needles, and dog hair, so I can concentrate on enjoying Christmas with my family :)

lhlee62 · 04/12/2017 09:44

I wish for someone to come and clean my house, cook Christmas dinner and do all the washing up!!

sarah861421 · 04/12/2017 10:24

julieef · 04/12/2017 10:29

sharond101 · 04/12/2017 11:18

I wish for no one to be alone. Can't stand to think of anyone on their own at this time.
