GoGo squeeZ® knows how tricky it can be to get your DCs to eat healthily, so they would love to know the fun/smart ways you use to sneak fruit and yogurt into their diet. Maybe your trick is to make a bright-coloured smoothie, packed full of goodness. Do you make fresh sorbet or animal-shaped ice lollies? Or are your cakes stuffed with fruit instead? Whatever your hack, GoGo squeeZ ® can’t wait to read about it!

Here’s what GoGo squeeZ ® has to say: “With so many unhealthy snacks tempting our kids, it can be increasingly hard to get good food in them between meal times or on-the-go. Here at GoGo squeeZ®, we’ve made something to help. Introducing the new fruit snacks (made from 100% fruit) and yogurt snacks (source of calcium & vitamin D) that kids LOVE! With no artificial anything, no refrigeration needed and a built-in straw, they are the perfect squeezy snack for kids on-the-go, at school, or at home. Tasty, fun and easy - no nasties, no worries! Try it, love it!

I eat a lot of fruit so DD always pinches some of mine! Also offer fruit on cereal /fruit salad for pudding
DS is very different though, he has a lot of food phobias as a result of severe food allergies. We have however got him enjoying fruit smoothies and banana cake. He also tries fruit if he has helped pick it, so we try and do blackberry picking and go to the pick your own Strawberry farm.

Spinach pancakes. Using frozen chopped spinach, 1 egg per child and the usual milk and flour. It's a fail safe.

I make cakes with veggies in like courgettes. The cakes taste gorgeous and the beg is completely hidden.

I blended fruit and froze it into lollies, it’s getting a bit cold for that now though 😂

I don't tend to hide fruit and vegetables because I found it made DC suspicious of new foods and going through them carefully, instead we cook together and try raw fruit and veg as we cook and then see how different they taste when the meal is cooked. They know that I make carrot and courgette muffins (sort of carrot cake-ish) and beetroot chocolate cake because they've made them with me. With over ripe bananas I will generally make either banana bread or freeze sliced banana and put it in the nutribullet with some peanut butter for a quick, easy, healthy and tasty ice cream alternative.

They like yoghurt anyway but sometimes one of them will go off it a bit and I find that frozen yoghurt goes down easy when they are not in the mood for normal yoghurt.

My two love fruit - i make sure we have a variety in the fruit bowl. I make banana smoothies by blending a banana with some milk, it goes delightfully thick and gloopy. Fruit goes in all sorts - blend a banana or apple in pancake batter, chopped apple with sandwiches, berries are a favourite for snacks, grated apple in porridge etc. They both love yoghurt too. I buy onken plain yoghurt - lovely and creamy and no sugar

We go to our local pick your own place. My 3 year old loves picking her own fruit and then eating it.

My kids live fruit and yogurt so I don't have to 'trick' them into it, but I think the key is introducing lots of different fruits from a young age.

We have real fruit and vegetable issues. My Son has a true phobia and the only way I get them into him is sneaky pureed fruit in weetabix or porridge, dried fruit bars, pureed homemade soup, raisins and grated apple in meatballs or bolognese. He loves youghurt thankfully and it's sometimes frozen into ice lollies.

Both of mine love fruit and yoghurts so I don't have to be creative about it (thankfully)! Will look out for these snacks though!

My kids enjoy fruit and veg and eat a lot so i make them readily available as snacks in ways ready to eat .Ready chopped or cut up so they will snack on them when hungry. I also don't buy many other biscuits etc so it is easier to convince them to try a new fruit or veg

Fortunately mine have always loved fruit and yoghurt. I often bake a yoghurt cake that we have with fruit for pudding.
I may have told them that yoghurt makes their bones super strong and allows them to run faster than lighting, they are still at a stage where they believe meSmile

Lots of smoothies at our house. I also make lots of things that we eat with yoghurt... tortillas with yoghurt and avocado... yoghurt with pancakes and bananas... yoghurt with just bananas.... yoghurt with lasagna (it's really nice). We eat lots of both actually. My kids seem to love both fruit and yoghurt so not much of a struggle. Veggies on the other hand... bit harder. Meat... beyond processed sausages, almost impossible.

I do fruit & yoghurt ice cream cones, chop the fruit and let the kids build their own cones = everyone's happy!

Make yoghurt milkshakes with fruit of choice, as I love these myself!

There is a huge amount of sugar in all fruit yoghurts.
I'm not sure why you think that we should be trying to make our children eat more of it.
