GoGo squeeZ® knows how tricky it can be to get your DCs to eat healthily, so they would love to know the fun/smart ways you use to sneak fruit and yogurt into their diet. Maybe your trick is to make a bright-coloured smoothie, packed full of goodness. Do you make fresh sorbet or animal-shaped ice lollies? Or are your cakes stuffed with fruit instead? Whatever your hack, GoGo squeeZ ® can’t wait to read about it!

Here’s what GoGo squeeZ ® has to say: “With so many unhealthy snacks tempting our kids, it can be increasingly hard to get good food in them between meal times or on-the-go. Here at GoGo squeeZ®, we’ve made something to help. Introducing the new fruit snacks (made from 100% fruit) and yogurt snacks (source of calcium & vitamin D) that kids LOVE! With no artificial anything, no refrigeration needed and a built-in straw, they are the perfect squeezy snack for kids on-the-go, at school, or at home. Tasty, fun and easy - no nasties, no worries! Try it, love it!

I freeze fruit yogurts in their pots, and the boys like to get them out on a hot day and eat them as if they were a frozen dessert. I also use Greek style yogurt instead of cream or custard on top of puddings. I make fruit compotes and mix them into yogurt for them, and also to put on their cereal. The fruit loses it's identity and turns into a sweet tasting 'jam'.

they actually really like yoghurt which is great as I can chop all kinds of fruit to go with it. I find sometimes it's best to let them pick fruits from the supermarket they want to try too.

I never had any problems getting my son to eat yogurt, he loved it! The fruit was easy too, just sliced up to make it more messy fun to dunk in the yogurt! Fruit can be easier if it is sliced into finger food.

My mum bought me a nutribullet for Xmas last year and my children were fascinated at how it turned real food into "milkshakes". I started out by making my own and letting them try them, some they loved and some they hated but once I figured out which were their favourites I encouraged them to help me make them up & share them with me. It's amazing all the different fruits and vegetables they've tried by doing this, it's been a major success

We have tried many different foods - frozen home-made fruit lollypops are good as well as smoothies etc but one of the more fun ways we have found works well is 'ownership' so a lovely creamy yoghurt and then 'choose your own toppings' the children do tend to eat what they believe has been their choice albeit the choices are good options that are provided. Frozen fruit works well for this!

My son loves everything fruit and yoghurt so it's not really a hardship to be honest! When he was younger and I struggled I made smoothie ice lollies with the tiny Anabel Karmel lolly moulds - he loved those on a hot day!

My children loved fruit but to make it more exciting we used to make different types of smoothies mixing different flavours.

My kits love fruit so I don't have a problem making them eat it. We make ice lolly's, smoothies, fruit cocktails, strawberries and ice cream sundae. At halloween I add food colouring to make it spooky too.

If I want to up their veg content, I tell the kids it is picnic lunch. Basically, put a blanket down on the floor inside then chop loads of different veg and watch them wolf it (when they would normally refuse if they were seated at the table!)
