DC have the most wonderful imaginations where they can transport themselves into any world they wish to build. So what would your DC do if ‘NO’ didn’t exist for a day? Would they run around town fighting ‘crime’? Go exploring in the woods to discover new animals? Or would they make all meals contain ice cream? My house would be emptied onto the carpets. They'd bounce on the beds, empty the cereal onto the carpet, run the bath until it overflows and paint or draw everywhere. they'd jump around crazy and knock everything over then go for a sleep in my bed!

Wear wellies, a tutu and wings all day. Jump in as many muddy puddles as possible. Play hide and seek all day. Build and sleep in a den behind the curtains. Sit on rather than at the table.

We'd have to find a beach with blue sea and no waves so that my DD could be a mermaid. I suspect I would also be required to bury treasure for her to dig up, buy several ice creams, and provide unlimited pocket money for plastic beach shop tat.

I think they'd have biscuits and cake for breakfast and watch their tablets.
Then go for a bike ride.
They'd spend hours at the park and climb trees. Probably visit a cafe or pub. Think they'd fit a takeaway pizza in.
Then a late night watching TV and either sleep in our bed or in a tent!

DD would watch paw patrol a lot. She'd eat only crisps and chocolate. She'd invite all her friends around and create chaos in the house. And she'd blow a lot of bubbles.

The lounge would become a gymnastics studio - all cushions on the floor, lots of forward roll practice and attempts at handstands.

The three DC are all rather keen cooks but their enthusiasm to add just one more ingredient usually gets curtailed. I'd imagine cakes baked containing every type of sweet then iced or covered in chocolate and topped with every type of sweet. Absolutely no attempt to clear up.

A very sick dog who would have wagged her tail enthusiastically at all the ingredients being spilled.

Every electronic device in the house turned on and walked away from.

Quite a bit of screen time.

Dc3 would be allowed to endlessly empty water onto the floor, then declare "whoops a daisy" before dabbing at it with a small cloth, then starting again. She would eat strictly blueberries, oranges, and "choc choc".
Our living room would be rightfully transformed into her stage where she can jump from cushion to cushion and pause while we applaud her. It goes without saying that she would be nude for the duration because clothes = for losers. She would of course wear a hat because she's not an animal.
Once she had fired herself out she could snuggle up on my lap for a "cuggle".

Free reign for the day? - My DS would do a tour of theme parks and go on all the rides that I say he is not tall enough for. He would ride them non-stop and the complain at the end of the day that he had not had enough time!

I've just asked DD2 who is 11.

She said - go swimming, ice skating and eat her own body weight in pancakes.

Empty all her Barbie stuff out to play horses and swimming with them, then off to horse riding for as long as she could, then on to the skate park on her bike. All interspersed with ice cream, Macdonalds and cake in all probability!

DS would wear his pjs all day with wellies and his favourite jumper. We'd be off out to the woods to build dens and chase monsters. When shattered later, he'd want to plat nexo knights and scan nexo powers!

He'd mostly eat toast and blueberries.

Spend the day surfing. I drive the kids quite a long way to school each day and half way there, there's a roundabout - we go straight across to school but if we turned left we'd be heading down the dual carriageway toward the beach (which we do when we can in the summer hols) So many mornings when we'r stuck in traffic inching towards the roundabout all three of us start fantasing about what we could do if I just turned left by "mistake"

I think DS (4) would watch a few Disney films back to back, make the biggest train track to go all round the house, climb a tree or 2 or 3, and eat cake.

DD (2) would jump on the beds / sofas, watch Peppa Pig, and eat biscuits.

DS' ideal day would be pain au chocolate for breakfast. He then like to go swimming at the swimming pool with flumes, then going to the play park after enjoying those he would probably want ice cream. Lunch would be anything with parsnips and peas. After that he'd like to go to the arcade and Nando's for supper. He'd end the day with a lush bath product and falling asleep to a film.

Read books, dress as Elsa, Moana and Princess Leia, eat chocolate, drink hot chocolate, bake cakes, go to soft play and if at all possible ride a flying unicorn.

Breakfast in bed (my bed obviously!) would be chocolate milk and toast with chocolate spread. Then play Anna and Elsa or Rapunzel endlessly with me and DH and the grandparents with no complaints or sneaky housework getting done. Walk to the park and take her scooter. Soft play, again with full parental enthusiasm. Lunch at a carvery. A quick trip to Disneyland Paris, then off to Butlins for the evening to meet the Skyline Gang and watch their show. Dinner would be spaghetti hoops and sausages followed by a small mixture of haribo and chocolate. Then a big bath with lots of bubbles, story time with both parents and then all go to sleep together in her room

My two would be allowed to play with their lego for as long as they wanted before having chocolate cereal for breakfast and then chocolate spread on toast for 2nd breakfast. (I'm pretty sure I'm raising hobbits.)
They would wear dressing up costumes all day, changing roughly every 10 minutes and having their servant (me) put the discarded costumes back away.

They would go to the beach and paddle/swim (whatever the weather), collect buckets full of treasure (shells, stones, seaweed, worn glass) and be allowed to bring it all home!
They would have ham sandwiches for lunch followed by ice cream from a cafe. Probably soft play or the local farm park to pet the animals for the afternoon.

Followed by pizza and popcorn while watching a kids film and not having to go to bed ever!

Watch netflix all day, invite his friends over and scoff crisps and build cool lego models!

Ha-ha, we gave them a "Naughty day" where they could do what they liked as long as it didn't upset anyone and eat what / when they liked. (If this concerns anyone, careful shopping beforehand and stashing some stuff out of their sight / reach worked brilliantly!)
They didn't get dresses, watched TV all day and played computer games while grazing in snack food that included fruit and nuts!

My DC says to travel the world using various modes of travel for free, visiting all the famous places, beaches, mountains, theme parks, wonders of the world. I asked if I'd be allowed to come along and was told yes if I had no input in the route!

DD would jump at the chance to have free rein of my dressing table. She would adorn herself in my jewellery. plaster herself in the expensive make-up that she isn't allowed to touch and totter around in my high heels and posh party frocks for the day. DS would probably get wet and get messy, fill the bath with water and play with his Lego in there!

Go horse riding and then go to LEGOLAND. Fill up on junk, especially sweets.

DS has confirmed that he would start the day with pizza (and I suspect pizza would feature pretty heavily in most meals).

He would play football, tennis, golf and table tennis all morning followed by a 'non-birthday' party in the afternoon with his friends and finishing with a hot tub in 'that nice place that we stayed in Wales'.

Play with daddy's Lego all day which are mostly forbidden or supervised!

I think my DDs would probably snip up everything in sight with their scissors if no didn't exist for the day, and I think 1 yo DS would probably eat all the dog food which is what he wants to do more than anything.
