PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

I would like a duck and holsin sauce pizza. With cucumber and spring onion - yum 😀

Not too difficult a choice, thin base (not ultra thin), cheese, tomato, herbs and lots of pepperoni...fortunately a well known pizza chain do my perfect pizza

Thin base, houmous instead of tomato sauce with caramelised onions, roasted peppers and tomatoes, artichoke and rocket, little bit of ricotta. No olives on the pizza but definitely on the side.

what about shredded pork and apple sauce, my favourite roast and pizza combined

I love the combination of pineapple and jalapeños on pizza! With lots of standard veggies - mushroom, sweetcorn, peppers, red onions, olives. (Also when the thick type of balsamic vinegar is drizzled over)

Definitely no pineapple or any other fruit - don't really 'get' sweet on savoury, especially pizza!
No seafood either.

I'd go for a thin base topped with goat cheese, red onion, roasted courgette, and peppers

Ok so my dream pizza - thin base - we're talking wafer thin here with no crust edges - a pizza should be jam packed with topping. A tasty, herby tomato base, then caramelised onions and non caramelised onions scattered with goats cheese. Roasted vegetables - not slimy though - thin cut for example courgette. To top it off some green olives. Delicious.

I would love to have chocolate spread with jelly hearts and white chocolate buttons! Not everybody's cup of tea i'm sure!!

It would have to ne spinach, goats cheese, caramelised onion and pepperoni, nice and crispy round the edges with a large glass of Merlot!

I love pizza but it's hard to find one without cheese.

Cheese, tomato, olive, ham and spinach

I would like sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, marinated beef, lots of cheese, a very rich tomato sauce, rocket scattered over the top and accompanied by a large bottle of wine please. On a sunny terrace, on a piazza with lots going on that I can watch. That would be bliss.

Calamari and mussel's! and clams YUM!!

Thin base for me, but preferably the proper Italian-style sloppy thin!

Toppings wise, I like tuna and onion. Or marguerita with garlic and anchovies. Or really, really thin smoked ham. Mmm!

Anchovy and black olives. I liked the 4 seasons pizzas too.

Pizza is often to fussy and busy for me.

In my view the perfect pizza is very simple, made with top quality ingredients.

A thin, thin base. Charred and with those black crispy bubbles you get from a proper wood-fired oven.

Really good tomato sauce, not too much.

Top quality mozzarella.

Fresh basil.

(perhaps fresh tomato and bufala mozzarella - the luxury option)

Also, white pizza with truffle oil is delicious.

Delicious, simple, Italian.

Sweetcorn, pineapple and extra mozzarella for me please!
