PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

Good question, I would do mozzarella cheese, goats cheese, mushrooms, ham, caramelised onions, chicken, sun dried tomatoes.

Home-grown asparagus, home-made mozzarella, sirloin steak slices and olives.

Well I just discovered this today so am extremely happy no toppings necessary.

Goats cheese, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and rocket on a ciabatta base, please.

I'd have pepperoni, mozzarella, sweetcorn, meatballs, pineapple and an egg!!

Pizza Express used to make my fave pizza then they took it off the menu It had crispy proscuitto and red/yellow peppers and I think the sauce was made with peppers rather than tomato - it was lush

I would have have King Prawns with a sweet chilli sauce. Char-grilled chicken with red onions and peppers would definitely be acceptable. Alternatively, I bet lobster would be good. I am very hungry, just waiting for dinner to finish cooking.

A thin, crisp base with a tomato and basil base, tuna, anchovies, mozzerella and pesto

Goats cheese, sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, artichoke, pine nuts and a drizzle of pesto.

I'd go for a gluten free base, plum sauce instead of tomato, and duck with spring onion for the topping. I reckon I could eat that every day and not get bored of it.

I'd have a stuffed cheesy crust pizza with ham, pineapple, chicken, sweetcorn, onion and green pepper x

Love the idea of a festive pizza like Christmas dinner on a pizza or a dessert pizza!... Or pizza toppings in the shape of a face/ landscape/picture....food art!

I would like sausages bacon and caramelised onion covered in cheese.

I'd have a thin base with chicken, tomatoes, red peppers and sweetcorn - and pineapple is a pudding not part of a pizza!

The classic Margherita not broke so don't fix it. Hate having things put on it after its cooked so have hot pizza with cold tomatoes, mozzarella and basil, just cools it all down, as you can tell not happy with the one I had for lunch.
