DD is 25, is AUDHD and has only ever had (very) part time jobs (all temp roles). I feel as if we’re at the same situation when she was 16 and getting ready to leave school, as she had no idea what she even wanted to go into. She applies for so many jobs (many unsuitable) ie. Bar staff, no good as she doesn’t particularly like mixing with or talking to some people. She’s completed a few college courses (IT was one), she hated It saying it was boring but not coming up with what she would like to do.
Has anyone gone through this, what helped if you have?

Some local authorities have specialist services that support autistic people to find work and help with reasonable adjustments: best endeavours in the workplace.
Would she do volunteering for experience?

The NAS has some advice you could signpost her to
