I have until end August to submit my appeal. Ados test is due September. Anyone know if I be able to submit this evidence in the permitted timescales? Have been advised by Sossen that it would be best to hace dx for tribunal.

SEND let me submit evidence 10 days before the tribunal date with good reason.

Days in August aren't counted by SEND as working days, so I'm pretty sure the month of August doesn't count at all in counting the two months to submit an appeal. So you may actually have an extra month until your deadline, depending on the date on the letter from your LA. Would double check that though as obviously you don't want to miss your deadline. And also, the later you lodge an appeal, the later your hearing date will be. It will be fine to submit evidence later in any case.
