Not quite sure where to post this and know not stricthly Sn but figuresomeone might have idea how o deal with school

.I asked school yesterday for ds2 (13) not to do pe this week as he not well fair anount of tummy pain loose stools and bleeding rectal .He came home yesterday worn out and turned out all the dc not doing Pe were told to move and carry things including some eavy stuff which required 4 teenage boys to lift and still found it heavy

Wondering how best to deal with school today , not sending ds as he really not well today and he is not one to stay of goes in lot of time when he should not

I suppose it depends on your relationship with the school. If it's happened before I would seriously consider making a formal written complaint, doesn't seem right that you send a note in saying no physical exercise as not well enough with a known medical condition, and then they have him doing erm..... physical exercise And to top it all off he is unwell due to their actions and can't go to school! Definitely a very strong worded phone call at the very least and see what their response is as to how you follow it up. I certainly would not be happy. Hope ds2 feels better soon, poor thing

oh your poor boy Well that's not really a good enough response from school is it! Do you have an email address for the head? Will they not get someone to call you after school or lunch time, surely not everyone can be busy for every minute of the day.

I hope he's ok, can't imagine he's happy to miss the last couple of weeks of term. Hope you get a suitable response from them tomorrow.
