Hi there, Im new here, my name is Suzanne and im a 27 year old SAHM to Danielle aged 8 Leah aged 6 Michael aged 4 and Nicole aged 21 months.
I live with my partner Tony in lancashire.
My son (Michael) was diagnosed with Perthes Disease back in April, we were told that he has it bilaterally and he was put into a wheelchair and told I need to keep him as non weight bearing as possible. He suffers a LOT with pain, esp during the night and can often urinate underneath himself in pain
We were told yesterday he has been awarded DLA highest rate care and highest rate mobility which is a huge relief for us.
Looking forward to getting to know you all
Suzanne x

Welcome! My DS is 4 and a bit, and has ASD. He's starting reception in January. MN is invaluable for info about schools/statements/etc
