So, proud mummy stuff first: DS1 (now 4 with CP and ASD) managed to poo in the toilet yesterday! Twice! Since we only really started toilet training on Fri we're very impressed.
DS2 at 16mo is still not walking, docs are starting to get antsy. Sigh.
In other news, took DS1 to his first Pride parade with doris . He was very good-tempered, though we did have some issues with Major Buggies and tank blocks..... it's quite funny when people realise he's disabled, they always feel the need to make some kindly remark to me ('he looks very healthy' and 'oh hasn't he got lovely eyes' are current faves).
(For anyone interested currently have DS1 in cotton pants with plastic ones over tne top to get him used to wetting through)
