digestive enzymes

Has anyone used either Kristazyme or Hydrozyme? Am thinking of trying DS2 on digestive enzymes as he's getting his hands on more forbidden food as he gets older - and also because every new food I try with him seems to affect him and i can't always work out what the culprits are.

The enzymes above have been recommended by a nutritionist but I've never heard of them.

no experience of those, sorry.

no experience of enzymes with dd1 at all, actually, but keep thinking about it.

dh has trialled for me (not quite same thing, but at least he can taste test, and report on effects accurately!) - he is dairy intolerant (and we think thisis where dd1's dairy issues come from, as her SUnderland test didn't show up for casein peptides)

he uses HOuston enzymes - ZymePrime (has also tried out the peptizyde and no-fenol for me dd1!)

with the zymeprime, he can actually take some (he doesn't take maintenance doses, as avoids dairy usually, but takes some eg beofre client dinner at times) and then go on to eat "normally" with little reaction form the dairy.

will watch with interest as I kep saying I will trial dd1 on enzymes. her diet is pretty good, and she's not (yet) a food seeker/stealer, but her poos are still not great...
