Just had email through lea ate agreeing to amend statement to ds having daily program of Ot not less than 30 minutes plus half term Ot therapist to have contact time with ds of not less than 1 hr and seperate hr to train staff have also given termly visits of physio l and to train staff

Perhaps it would be simpler if the LA's had a tick box on the parental view form - are you a MNer? Anyone that gives a tick gets an assessment as it's too much work arguing with us

I think that the day the refuse to assess, refuse to change proposed statement etc. should be the day that every minute spent dealing with your is accounted for in financial terms and then you are awarded the equivelent of that money when they give in or your win.

well done! The school my ds will attend has told me that the statement never specifies amount of ot or salt so it is good to hear to can be done. (going thru SA at the mo)

The school have said first time they had child with it in statement but lol Herts knew I would go the whole way and hard to deny needed when his pd stare you right in place
