I am creating a list of documents. Date, author, few key words of digest of all the 'relevant' documents for the tribunal.

My document list exceeds 26 pages, and I haven't even started on the reports and policy documents. This is just the correspondence!

But then, I do have a thing about 'writing everything down'

A bit in shock though.

OMG I hope I don't end up at a tribunal. I would never be able to be organised enough!

TBH, I dunno what I'll do if I don't, been such a long time preparing for it. I'm kind of flitting between seeing is akin to a Caribbean holiday on the one hand and and passing gall stones on the other. I just can't make up my mind.

My anger will get me though it though. The more I prepare, the more confident I become. Their isn't one person in the LA that has spent as many hours as I have on this so I'm hoping to have 'bought' myself a win. And if they have, then they should have bloody well spent their money on provision for ds rather than themselves doing paperwork.

It's okay. I made it landscape and magically it is now 14 pages!

"Their isn't one person in the LA that has spent as many hours as I have on this"

That's exactly how I used to console myself - it's true

With a bit of luck they'll take one look at your piles of orderly paperwork & admit defeat

Thanks for your good wishes. It is still a year that I'll never get back.

Can I ask Wet? Is the next phase as demanding, or once you know your child is getting 'adequate' provision can you do the next bit alongside life?
