Had annual Review for ds about to go into yr 3.

I have asked to changed 'Nursery' on statement to 'primary' (I want to take them to tribunal to pay for a therapy ds needs).

If they refuse...shall I take ds to Nursery in Sept with the local Newspapers!!

Well it is what is on ds statement...and if they refuse to change it!!!

Are you trying to get the statement opened so that it all become fair game?

i.e. once they change it, the rest becomes up for negotiation?

btw, you don't want 'primary', you want 'infants'! (I think)
