Received my 1st response from Tribunal...

Hi,
Well that was quick as less than a week ago I sent my appeal for refusal to assess and today have recieved reply with what happens next etc and a date of 10 Nov for our hearing.
Do I need to do anything now or just wait to hear.....what usually happens.....will we hear from the LEA or what?

You need to send back the witness list, I think, and also any other documents you'll use. The deadlines should be with the letter.

I have sent everything in with what I sent last week-so they already have all our reports from the different assessments dd has had over the years.
So I guess now it's just a waiting game
