Should I mention this or not?

Name changed but a regular here.Am going to post my letter requesting SA tomorrow. DS's previous school requested one almost 4 years ago but it was declined as he had not been on SA+ long enough and further EP visit was required. We have had recent EP visit and he has been on SA+ since then. Should I point this out in my request or is it best not to mention it? Any views welcomed. Thanks

Address the letter to the Chief Education Officer at your LEA and give them six weeks to reply (mark that date on your calendar).

If the LEA refuse to assess this time around appeal their crass decision as a matter of course.

You were stonewalled last time with the lie the LEA came up with re not being on SA plus long enough, do not let that happen this time around.
