Just found this website autism fitness and had a chat to the guy who runs it.
If anyone would be interested in attending a UK based seminar please let me know (and feel free to pass this on) - no obligation, I'm just trying to get an idea to see if there's enough interest. We would share the costs equally between us.

Looks interesting - I'd be keen to find out more. I'd like to be able to channel DS2's need for physical activity - he has taught himself to do seat drops on the trampoline but I find it very hard to find verbal instructions that he can process.

Yes, have a look at the videos on the website if you get a chance sphil. He seems to work with children pretty far along the spectrum. That's what interested me really - quite simple exercises. He's very friendly as well. I added him on Facebook and then we had a chat.
