free computer for dislexics??

i wonder if anyone knows if i could get help to get a free computer for my 12 year old son who is dislxic.We are not on benefits but we get child tax credits and my husband gets working tax credit for being on a low income.thankyou x

You're probaly in the wrong bit: I think you would get mroe responses in the SEN section?

There is a scheme for low income families to get computers. You school should have sent a letter to everyone. Ask them if they have details.
Only children with a statement get computers, and dyslexic rarely get statements.
