which are the other charities/organisations that can help with statementing problems please???

were having even more problems now, why is nothing simple!?

brilliant thanks so much!!!! it seems i need to find a way of proving that a school with an uncertain future is not suitable, or at least thats where i think we are heading!!

ooh will try them too even though were not at tribunal yet it looks like it could go that way if they keep trying to send ds to the school with such uncertainty surrounding it!!

You could fork out for a solicitor's letter (just the one at this stage) threatening them with legal action? Might shake them into action.

You could also write to your local councillor or MP, cc-ing the LEA in.
