LEA have agreed to statutory assess-Tribunal because of their refusal to assess was supposed to be the 30th April.

They are also going to give my son extra support now for his dyspraxia. They say that the recent private reports provided them with enough evidence that they should assess him.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me through this part of the system.
