Have posted this in the 'Education' talk but thought it might get seen more in here!

Does anyone have (or know a friend) with a child with physical disabilities who goes to or will be going to Portchester school?

Thanks!

Wanted to bump this up a bit!

If you don't have a child at this school, has anyone else found that mainstream school for primary years has been OK but seems to get harder for children with a high level of physical needs as they get older?

My childminder's daughter has quite significant CP and goes to Portchester Community School.

Better for children with SN than the other supposedly highly regarded school in Portchester, I understand

Thanks Sidge,

My daughter is Year 5 at the moment but we are looking for the next 'move' for her for Year 7. We have struggled with the last year and it sounds as though our local secondary school will also be a problem.

It's quite a way away but with it's PD experience, we feel it is the right school for her. We don't know anybody with a child attending the school (or better still will be in her year) and would be great if we could make contact with anyone.
